Bernd Poindl (born August 30, 1941 in Weißwasser , German Reich ) is a former GDR ice hockey player and member of the Hall of Fame of the German ice hockey museum .
Career
Bernd Poindl played for SG Dynamo Weißwasser from 1960 to 1968 .
In the 1970s he sporadically helped out in friendly games from Einheit Niesky .
He played in 111 international matches with the national ice hockey team of the GDR , took part in the 1968 Winter Olympics and the ice hockey world championships from 1960 to 1967 and took fifth place three times, sixth and seventh place each.
