Emil Piegsa

Emil Piegsa (born November 30, 1873 in Köslin , † February 13, 1952 in Bielefeld ) was a German politician ( SPD ).

Piegsa was a factory worker in Waltershausen until 1919. From 1901 to 1916 he was chairman of the branch of the factory workers' association and deputy managing director in Waltershausen. From October 1919 to 1927 he was managing director of the factory workers' association in Münsterberg ad Ohlau.

From 1911 until the November Revolution of 1918 he was a member of the Gotha state parliament . In 1919 he was elected to the state assembly of the Free State of Saxony-Gotha . In 1927 he was a city councilor and district council member in Münsterberg.
