Bernhard Ertl

Bernhard Ertl (born February 24, 1973 ) is a German educational scientist and professor.

Life

After graduating in 1998 in computer science with a focus on education at the University of Munich . Title of the diploma thesis: Graphical structuring tool for telelearning environments in JAVA. From 1999 to 2006 he was a research assistant at the Chair for Empirical Pedagogy and Educational Psychology at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich. After receiving his doctorate in 2003 as Dr. phil. at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich. Title of the dissertation: Cooperative learning in video conferences: Promotion of individual and collective learning success through externally represented structural offers. From 2006 to 2012 he was a research assistant or academic councilor in the Dean's Office of the Faculty of Education at the University of the Armed Forces in Munich . After completing his habilitation in 2012 with the license to teach empirical educational research and teaching-learning research at the University of the Federal Armed Forces in Munich. Title of the habilitation thesis: Promotion of common knowledge construction in network-based scenarios with knowledge schemes and cooperation scripts From 2012 to 2014 he was an academic senior counselor and private lecturer (representative of the laboratory for educational media of the Faculty of Human Sciences at the University of the Bundeswehr in Munich). From 2014 to 2016 he taught as a professor for technology-based learning in the Department for Interactive Media and Educational Technologies at Danube University Krems . Since 2016 he has been teaching as a professor of educational science with a focus on learning and teaching with the media at the Faculty of Human Sciences at the University of the Armed Forces in Munich .
