Bernhard Joseph Ritter Anders from Porodim
Bernhard Joseph Anders (born January 28, 1752 in Mährisch-Schönberg , † August 19, 1827 in Vienna ) was an Austrian civil servant .
Life
From 1774 Anders was an actuary in Prague , from 1803 first assessor of the kk bank administration, which was responsible for collecting taxes and customs duties. After he had made a contribution to saving state funds in 1805, he became a senior administrator in 1807. During the occupation of Vienna by Napoleon in 1809, he also distinguished himself. For this he was promoted to the government council in 1812 , awarded the twelve-fold Salvator medal and raised to the hereditary knighthood with the predicate "von Porodim".
In addition to his civil service, he invented a roller printing machine in 1796 .
On 16 May 1816 he has been for the involvement in the regulation of urban toll slope and rise of Brin narrowing of the factories with refining their products to the honorary citizen appointed by Vienna.
