Bernhard Schopis

Otto Bernhard Schopis (born March 19, 1819 in Gumbinnen ; † March 24, 1880 in Berlin ) was the Prussian district administrator in the districts of Kröben (1851–1877) and Goldap (1877–1880). Schopis also sat in the Prussian House of Representatives from 1855 to 1858 and from 1877 until his death in 1880 .
