Special security law

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Special security law is a theoretical training and examination subject for the Bavarian police . In this subject, various laws from the German secondary criminal law and the regulatory offense law (excluding traffic offenses) that are important for the work of the police are taught.

The subject is taught in both middle and senior service training . There are federal and state laws taught.

The aim is to impart knowledge to the prospective police officer in the laws which, in addition to the penal code, contain other administrative offenses or criminal offenses and which are important for the officer’s later daily work.

Candidates take exams in this subject; the subject is still an examination subject in the employment examination.
