history

The company has been processing payment transactions for Deutsche Bank since 2004 and for Dresdner Bank until 2010 , followed by payment transaction processing for HypoVereinsbank in 2007 . In summer 2008, Postbank AG's payment transaction units with around 1,400 employees were transferred to BCB. HSH-Nordbank has also been one of her clients since the beginning of 2010 . As a result of the takeover of Dresdner Bank by Commerzbank , payment transactions were transferred back to Commerzbank in April 2011. The clients' subsidiaries previously entrusted with these tasks were taken over by BCB and comprehensively restructured:

May 1, 2004: Takeover of "Dresdner Payment Services GmbH" (ZVS).

July 1, 2004: Takeover of "Deutsche Bank Payments AG" (DB Pay) from Deutsche Bank.

January 1, 2007: Takeover of "HVB Payments & Services GmbH" (HVB PAS) from HypoVereinsbank with around 400 employees.

July 1, 2008: Transfer of payment transaction processing at Postbank AG with 1,400 employees to BCB.

February 1, 2010: Takeover of payment transaction processing for HSH Nordbank
