Bettina König (born November 24, 1978 in Berlin ) is a German politician ( SPD ) and an elected member of the Berlin House of Representatives .

biography

Bettina König studied business administration at the Free University of Berlin with a degree in business administration in 2003. She then worked in the field of public relations and marketing for an institution of the German Red Cross and as an employee for MP Alex Lubawinski .

Party and politics

König has been a member of the SPD since 2007 and holds various party offices. When she was elected to the Berlin House of Representatives in 2016 , she was elected to the House of Representatives from the Reinickendorf district list.

She is a member of

  • Committee for Integration, Labor and Social Affairs
  • Committee on Health, Care and Equality
  • Civic Engagement and Participation Committee

Bettina König is the spokeswoman for the SPD parliamentary group on the subject of “training and further education”.

Within the SPD parliamentary group, she is the chairman of the working group “Labor, Integration and Social Affairs” and thus part of the parliamentary group executive committee.
