The Betts Nunatak is a 1991 m high nunatak in the East Antarctic Mac-Robertson Land . In the southern part of the Prince Charles Mountains, it rises 4 km east of the Skinner Nunatak as one of the Goodspeed Nunatakkers .
A team from the Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions discovered it in 1957 during seismic measurements in the area. Aerial photographs were taken in 1958 and 1960. The Antarctic Names Committee of Australia named it in 1973 after Martin Stephen Betts, a member of a team exploring the Prince Charles Mountains in 1972.
