Biabou is a place on the island of St. Vincent , which belongs to the state of St. Vincent and the Grenadines . The village is located on the east coast of the island and belongs to the Parish Charlotte . With 1050 inhabitants, it is the sixth largest settlement in the country.
The village is on the Windward Highway , which connects the capital Kingstown with the north of the island.
