Bianka tile (* thirtieth July 1944 in Prussian Holland ) is a German politician of the SPD and from 1998 to 2006 member of the state parliament of Saxony-Anhalt .

Life and work

After attending middle school, Kachel studied as a lower school teacher from 1961 to 1964. She then practiced this profession until 1973, before switching to a special school as a teacher until 1993. From 1979 to 1983, Kachel completed a distance learning course and graduated as a qualified teacher for rehabilitation education .

Kachel is married and has two children.

Political party

In 1990, Kachel joined the SPD. From 1992 she was SPD district chairwoman of Quedlinburg . Since 2007 she has been deputy chairwoman of the SPD district association Harz.

Political mandate

From 1990 to 1993, Kachel was the first deputy of the mayor of Bad Suderode . Then she was mayor herself until 1994. She was a member of the state parliament from 1998 to 2006 and was a member of the Committee on Economics and Labor. Kachel represented the constituency of Quedlinburg and only narrowly missed entry into parliament in the 2006 state elections. With position 26 on the list, she would have been the next successor after Jürgen Barth moved in, as far as a member of the SPD parliamentary group had left.
