The Brewery Museum ( Ukrainian Музей пивоваріння ) is a beer museum in the Ukrainian city ​​of Lviv .

The museum opened on October 14, 2005 during the celebration of the 290th anniversary of the oldest brewery in Ukraine, the Lviv Brewery .

The museum covers an area of ​​600 square meters. The exhibition tells about the history of beer brewing in Lviv and the Lviv brewery. In the exhibition there are models and real tools of the beer brewing industry from the past and present, collections of beer kegs and bottles, advertising samples and much more. Every day except Tuesday, visitors to the museum have the opportunity to watch a video about the brewery, try beer and much more.

Beer brewing began in Lviv in the 16th century; In 1533 the city received the brewing license . The monasteries in which monks brewed the beer played a major role here. Thanks to its properties, Lemberger beer became known throughout Austria-Hungary . There is even a festival dedicated to beer in Lviv .
