Big Bear Records

Big Bear Records is a British record label that was founded in 1968 by Jim Simpson, making it the oldest British independent record label. It was named after an idea by radio producer John Peel , whom Jim Simpson's walk reminded of a bear. It specializes in blues and jazz recordings.
