Big daddy (dune)

Big Daddy (too German about Great Father ), rarely Crazy Dune (Dune Crazy) is a Sterndüne west of Sossusvlei on the edge of Deadvlei in the central Namib Namibia . It is considered the highest dune in the area and one of the highest in the world. Big Daddy is said to reach heights of 325  m to 380  m . It is part of the UNESCO World Heritage “ Namib Sand Sea ”.
