The Big Kalzas Lake is a lake in Canada's Yukon Territory .
The 40.73 km² large lake is 110 km east-northeast of Pelly Crossing and 75 km southeast of Mayo . It is located at an altitude of 774 m and has a length of 24 km in the ONE – WSW direction and a maximum width of 2.2 km. Big Kalzas Lake is drained by the Kalzas River , a right tributary of the Pelly River , near the western end of the lake. The Kalzas Twins rise on the north bank and the Clarke Hills on the south bank .
The American char ( Salvelinus namaycush ), pike and herring vendace are found in the lake .
