William Clifton "Bill" Morris (born June 27, 1939 in Fairfax ) is a former American sports shooter .

Bill Morris participated in the 1964 Olympic Games in Tokyo in the trap part. At the time he was a member of the US Army . With 194 points, like Pāvels Seničevs and Galliano Rossini, he achieved the second best result after Ennio Mattarelli , who became Olympic champion with 198 goals . Seničevs hit all 25 targets in the jump-off, while Morris had a miss. Since Rossini missed two goals, Morris won the bronze medal.
Morris graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a major in finance. He later became an oil producer and farmer in Kansas .
