Bill Morrison (comic artist)
Bill Morrison (* 1965 in Chicago ) is an American cartoonist who is known, among other things, as the chief draftsman of the Simpsons Comics . Together with Matt Groening and Steve and Cindy Vance he is co-founder of the Bongo publishing house . Morrison is the creative director there.
Life
Before Bill Morrison was hired by Matt Groening, he had designed movie posters, including for Walt Disney . In addition to the comics, Morrison is also responsible for the design of T-shirts, toys, games and calendars. 1996 started his own comic Roswell - A Green on Earth , which was about the experiences of an alien on earth. In 1999 the series was discontinued. Morrison directs the production of Futurama Comics and the other series that appear in the publisher.
