The Bills Point is the southern branch of the delta island in the group of Melchior Islands in the West Antarctic Palmer Archipelago .

The headland probably got its name from scientists from the British Discovery Investigations , who surveyed the Delta Island in 1927. Further measurements followed in 1942, 1943 and 1948 during Argentine Antarctic expeditions. The naming background has not survived.
