The Biscoe Bay is a bay just north of Biscoe Point on the southwest coast of Anvers Island in the Palmer Archipelago west of the Antarctic Peninsula .
It was first mapped during the Belgica expedition (1897–1899) led by the Belgian polar explorer Adrien de Gerlache de Gomery . He named the bay after the navigator and explorer John Biscoe (1794–1843), who is said to have gone ashore in this bay in February 1832.
