Bizagi is an independently owned, global software company headquartered in the United Kingdom and founded in 1989. The name is a combination of the two words "business" and "agility".

Group of companies

The corporate group is based in Buckinghamshire (Corporate Headquarters). The North American branch is located in Santa Clara . The Latin American branch (Latam Headquarters) is located in Bogotá . Further branches exist in Madrid , Munich and some American countries.

The company designs and develops company software for business process management. Business Process Management (BPM). The Bizagi BPM Suite distributed by the company consists of three complementary products.

Products

  • With the freeware application Bizagi BPMN Modeler , processes are graphically mapped, documented and simulated in the standard format known as Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) . The use of Bizagi Modeler enables the publication of processes in Word, PDF, Wiki, Web or SharePoint or the export in Visio, image formats ( PNG , BPM, SVG or JPG ) and XPDL and thus their dissemination and communication within organizations.
  • With the freeware BPM solution Bizagi Studio , organizations can create (automate) business processes and workflows. In the standard setting of the platform, up to 20 users can test processes free of charge. In preparation for process execution, it is used by users as a construction module for creating process applications (user interface, forms, business rules, etc.) that are relevant to the respective business processes and workflows. The models are stored in a database and used for process execution during runtime.
  • Bizagi Engine accesses the previously modeled and automated processes and executes them within the organization. Processes automated by Bizagi Engine are then made accessible in a work portal, which end users can access via a PC or mobile device.

Applications

Bizagi can be used to automate processes. A number of executable process drafts are also available for download in the Bizagi Process Xchange. Templates are available in the areas of help desk management, Six Sigma process management, personal loan inquiries, risk assessment for insurance contracts and transaction processes. In 2013, Bizagi introduced widgets . With the selection of various ready-to-use build components, the processes are given additional functionality. This includes map components, pie charts and calculators that are created and maintained by the public Bizagi community via Widget Xchange.
