Bjorn Dahlberg
Björn EJ Dahlberg ( 1949 - January 30, 1998 ) was a Swedish mathematician who dealt with harmonic analysis and applied mathematics.
Life
Dahlberg received his doctorate in 1971 under Tord Ganelius at the University of Gothenburg ( Growth properties of subharmonic functions ).
He is known for Dahlberg's theorem, which specifies a criterion for the disappearance of harmonic measures.
As an applied mathematician, for example, worked on design software for the auto industry ( Volvo ).
Shortly before his death, he proved the reverse of the four-part theorem . Dahlberg was married and had two daughters.
In 1978 he received the Salem Prize .
