action

The Japanese young model Asuka moves to Tokyo because she wants to advance her career. As Asuka doesn't have a place to stay yet, another model places her with Kasumi. Kasumi was also a model, but now belongs more to the underground scene. One evening Asuka watches a murder from the window. She then alerts the police with Kasumi, who arrives later. The victim, a producer and ex-boyfriend of Kasumi, was completely gutted.

Little by little, the mysterious murder raises more and more questions. The young policeman Shirasaki is asked to see a former policeman who is said to be familiar with morbid murders. This brings Shirasaki on the trail of Voodoo . However, it turns out that the killer was only trying to imitate voodoo. Meanwhile, Asuka feels so annoyed by her neighbor and paparazzo Sorayama that she describes his work as "shit", whereupon he considers giving up his trade. Asuka discovers that Kasumi used to live in the United States under the name Lucy and also had a sister. However, she seems to have fallen out with her father.

A short time later a package is delivered to Shirasaki. The content is a woman with all four limbs removed. The woman was still alive when the package was opened but later died of internal injuries in the hospital. Asuka learns that many of Kasumi's friends have mysteriously died. Her last roommate, Mahri, also seems to have disappeared.

One day a model is on the phone with a certain Mahri, from which it can be concluded that Mahri was still alive at the time. The model confirms to the person on the phone that he can come to her. When she arrives at the house, she is overwhelmed. The police found the body, whose face was "decorated" with pins. And behind the body, Mahri is armed. However, it later turns out that it is just her "stuffed" corpse.

Meanwhile, Shirasaki meets again with the criminologist and learns that he is certain that the killer is the "Black Kiss" that is wanted around the world. A highly precise contract killer with an outstanding knowledge of medicine. Meanwhile, another murder is committed, this time apparently by Mahri. However, when the victim touches her face, a piece of the skin comes off and a second black skin appears. The upper half of the victim's head is cut off by the jaw and put on a record player.

Shirasaki finds out that it was not Kasumi, but her deceased twin sister's name, Lucy, and shortly thereafter notices connections. He realizes that someone is trying to get to Kasumi and that Asuka is in dire danger. He immediately goes to see her.

Asuka is sleeping in bed, but is woken up by a noise. When she wakes up, she suddenly understands the connections between Kasumi's father. She hears the shower in the bathroom and fears that Kasumi is not there. As she goes to the bathroom, she hears something light falling on the shower floor. She approaches the shower and tears away the shower curtain. There is nothing in the shower except for two screws. Suddenly a third screw falls down from above. When Asuka looks up, she sees the shaft being opened and someone wants to come down. She escapes and meets Sorayama at the entrance to the apartment. He dares to take a shower, but is knocked unconscious, which causes Asuka to run. In the stairwell, she decides to go to the roof because the elevator seems to be jammed. On the roof she meets Kasumi, who is sitting on a board that leads from one high-rise to the next. This does not seem to understand the seriousness of the situation and balances itself on the opposite building. Asuka climbs over too, almost falling off. Suddenly the "black kiss" rattles the board, whereupon Asuka falls, but is caught by Kasumi. When Shirasaki tries to attack the "Black Kiss", it paralyzes him without further ado. Asuka and Kasumi try to escape, but are still followed by the "Black Kiss". When Kasumi can't see a way out, she knocks Asuka unconscious and lays her on the edge of the skyscraper so that the "black kiss" pushes her off. As he approaches, Kasumi gives him a kick and he falls from the skyscraper. Suddenly the "black kiss" rises up the wall again and attacks Kasumi. Suddenly Sorayama jumps from the skyscraper and pulls the “black kiss” with him, but in contrast to the “black kiss” he does not fall to the ground, but is caught because he had a rope tied around his waist that was attached to the skyscraper .

In the following scene, Kasumi is standing with Shirasaki at the airport, as it is now clear that the murderer of Kasumi's father had been instigated on all of her friends so that Kasumi could go back to her father. Asuka and Kasumi say goodbye and Asuka leaves the airport with Sorayama. A flight attendant walks past them who apparently looks exactly like Kasumi's former roommate Mahri.
