The Bloor Reef is a reef that dries out at low tide off the northeast coast of South Georgia . It is in front of Binder Beach at the head of Right Whale Bay .
The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named the reef in 1977 after Able Seaman Vincent Thomas Bloor (* 1933) of the Royal Navy , who was involved in the survey of Right Whale Bay in April 1961.
