Blue Mercedes

Blue Mercedes was an English pop duo consisting of David Titlow (vocals) and Duncan Millar ( keyboards ). They had a few dance hits in the late 1980s .

Band history

Founded in 1984 in London , Blue Mercedes had their biggest hit in 1987 with I Want To Be Your Property , which rose to number 66 on the Billboard Hot 100 in the United States and even topped the Hot Dance Club Songs chart . The following singles See Want Must Have and Love is The Gun also made it into the US dance charts. In 1990 Blue Mercedes was part of the dance band Nixon.

David Titlow then founded the rock band Heave. Today he is a renowned photographer.

Duncan Millar is still active as a musician.
