Bob Hale

Bob Hale (* 1945 ; † December 12, 2017 ) was a British philosopher .

Hale became a professor at the University of Sheffield in 2006 . 2002–2003 he was President of the Aristotelian Society .

Hale and Crispin Wright founded neo- logicism . Hale was the first to construct the real numbers according to that doctrine.
