Bobby Wheeler

Robert "Bobby" Wheeler (* 1961 ) is a former American basketball player .

Life

As a professional player in Germany, Wheeler rose in the 1994/95 season with TG Landshut from the 2nd Bundesliga to the first division  . Subsequently, the 1.88 meter tall player was also part of the Lower Bavarian squad in the Bundesliga, but missed relegation with the team. He then moved to the second division club Falke Nürnberg .

Following his playing days, Wheeler remained connected to basketball as an amateur coach. Until 2008 he coached the men's team of the Post-SV Nürnberg, from 2010 he worked in the junior division of the Nürnberg BC .
