The building at Bodenseestraße 7/9 in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital Munich was built in 1915. The double rental and commercial building is a protected building monument .

The five-storey hipped and saddle roof building in a corner position with triangular dwelling houses , balcony bay windows , colossal pilaster strips and wall panels in reform style was built according to plans by the architect Alban Schindlbeck.
