Bodo Venten

Bodo Venten (born September 12, 1964 in Mönchengladbach , North Rhine-Westphalia ) is a German radio presenter, journalist and speaker.

Life

Bodo Venten grew up in Mönchengladbach. He played guitar and bass in local bands as a teenager and young adult .

In 1990 he began his traineeship as a radio journalist at Mönchengladbach radio station Radio 90.1 , which went on air in September 1990. After completing his training, he moved to Neuss , to the local station NE-WS 89.4 , before moving to radio NRW in 1993 . There he worked as a freelance news editor and presenter and later also and above all as a presenter of the programs Treff nach 9 and Hallo Wach . The morning show Hallo Wach was largely co-designed by Venten under program director Elke Schneiderbanger and he was the first to present it. Over the years engagements then followed as a moderator, speaker and editor for clients including the News Network NSR of RTL Radio , the Germany radio , and RTL Television in Cologne .

Until the beginning of January 2010, Venten was station voice for radio NRW and the North Rhine-Westphalian local radio stations - today it can still be heard as station voice on the radio stations Radio Westfalica, Radio Herford and Radio Lippe. In parallel, he was 10 years-station Voice of RTL Television and voice-over in Germany for the German Bundesbank , Mercedes-Benz and the Hochtief AG . He can also be heard as a speaker in cinema trailers , TV and radio spots and documentaries.
