Bohner Stream

The Bohner Stream is a 3 km long meltwater river in the East Antarctic Victoria Land . It flows from the southern end of the Sollas Glacier to the Priscu Stream in the Taylor Valley .

The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named him in 1996 after Commander Robert T. Bohner of the United States Navy , helicopter pilot of the VX-6 squadron, who flew missions in Antarctica in 1986 , worked briefly for the National Science Foundation between 1989 and 1991 and worked on the project Winfly coordinated helicopter flights to the Antarctic Dry Valleys in 1991 .
