Boma (also Boma Kasai, Buma and Kiboma) is a Bantu language and is spoken by around 20,500 people in the Democratic Republic of the Congo .

It is common in the province of Bandundu .

Boma is written in the Latin script .

classification

Boma forms the Yanzi group with the languages Ding , Mfinu , Mpuono , Tiene and Yansi . According to the classification of Malcolm Guthrie , Boma belongs to the Guthrie zone B80.
