Mfinu (also Emfinu, Funika and Mfununga) is a Bantu language and is spoken by around 8400 people in the Democratic Republic of the Congo .
It is common in the province of Bandundu .

Mfinu forms the Yanzi group with the languages Boma , Ding , Mpuono , Tiene and Yansi . According to the classification of Malcolm Guthrie , Mfinu belongs to the Guthrie zone B80.
