Bomborokuy is both a municipality ( French commune rurale ) and a department encompassing the same area in the West African state of Burkina Faso , in the Boucle du Mouhoun region and the Kossi province . The community has 14,465 inhabitants in 19 villages. An agricultural fair dedicated to the Fonio takes place regularly in Bomborokuy .
