Bomshel are an American female country duo from Nashville .
Band history
In Tootsie's Orchid Lounge in the country capital Nashville, the singer Buffy Lawson and violinist Kristy Osmunson mid-2000s made a name as Bomshel . Their success helped them sign a record deal with Curb Records . After a while, however, the two separated and Osmunson continued to run Bomshel together with Kelley Shepard. Together they recorded their debut album Fight Like a Girl in 2009 . The album reached number 24 on the country charts and number 87 on the Billboard 200 .
