Bornholm is a place in the Australian state of Western Australia . It is located about 27 kilometers from Albany and about 20 kilometers from Denmark . The place is located in the traditional settlement area of the Aboriginal tribe of the Mineng .

Bornholm lies roughly between the two larger cities Albany and Denmark, but still belongs to the LGA City of Albany . To the west of the village is Lowlands , to the east Kronkup and north to Young Siding .
In the south Bornholm has about four kilometers of coast on the Great Australian Bight , of which about 1.7 kilometers are beach. The coast lies behind a barrier of dense vegetation, so Bornholm Beach , the only beach in town, can only be reached on foot or by four-wheel drive. Bornholm also includes the Tennesee North Nature Reserve .
