The Bose-pool or Baise basin ( 百色盆地 , Bose Pendi , English Bose Basin / Baise Basin ) Autonomous Region Guangxi of Zhuang in southern China extends over an area of 830 square kilometers with a length of 109 km and a width of 7 to 14 km and is a paleogenic lacustrine-folded pool .

It is an important Paleolithic site. Among other things, the oldest 800,000 year old stone tools discovered in China were recovered here.

The archaeological sites include Shangsong , Dongzeng , Hengshandao , Dawan , Shazhou , Yangwu , Cimu , Nanposhan , Jiangfeng and Datong , Bogu , Dafa , Xiaguo , Xiaomei and Nalian , Damei , Laikui , Nayin (cave) , Napo , Pinghepo , Sanlei , Xinzhou , Ganlian , Bodu , Gaolingpo and Silin .
