The relations between Bosnia and Herzegovina and San Marino have existed since the 1996th

Diplomatic relations

In 1996 the two countries exchanged notes for the purpose of establishing bilateral diplomatic relations, which date on April 11 and May 31, 1996, respectively.

San Marino has an embassy in Sarajevo , the current ambassador is Michele Chiaruzzi . The Consul General Sead Kreševljaković is also represented. For its part, Bosnia and Herzegovina does not have an embassy in San Marino, but the ambassador in Rome is also accredited there.

Economic relationships

On August 2, 2011, the two countries signed an agreement to promote and protect each other's investments . A contract for the international road transport of people and goods was passed by the San Marinese government and the Bosnian-Herzegovinian Council of Ministers on November 28, 2013.
