The building was built in 1892. It was entered in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach on December 15, 1987 under No. B 059 .
architecture
Bozener Straße is located in the urban expansion area in the direction of Eicken. Its inventory of historic houses has been severely decimated due to the destruction of the war, and house number 17 only partially shows what the street once looked like.
The building is a three-story eaves house in three axes and a gently sloping gable roof . Symmetrically structured stucco facade with uniformly tall rectangular windows . The floor and sill cornices form the horizontal structure. The roof, supported on brackets in front, forms the end of the house above a frieze band (tooth cut) .
