Bozener Straße is located in the urban expansion area in the direction of Eicken. Its inventory of historic houses has been severely decimated by the destruction of the war .
The three-storey house with a basement has two window axes . The flat sloping gable roof is covered by a wide cornice in the facade view. The stucco facade was decorated in free forms of the neo-renaissance ; the ground floor is strongly structured horizontally with ashlar plaster and the two upper floors are structured with horizontal plaster joints. The roof break two disproportionate dormers .
