Brothers Flub (English original title: The Brothers Flub ) is an American animated series by Dan Danko and Tom Mason, which was produced in 1997.

action

The animated series is about two constantly fighting brothers named Fraz and Guapo Flub, who deliver parcels for their client, RetroGrade A Güter und Transporte. Every day they fly with their spaceship to different planets to bring the people the packages they have ordered. They deliver everything that can be transported in any way and free themselves from any situation that seems hopeless.

Characters

Fraz et al. Guapo Flub

Fraz and Guapo Flub are the main characters in the series. No matter what they do, they always find a reason to argue because they are very different. Fraz is more of the type who just wants to relax and do his job. But that usually doesn't work because his brother Guapo always gets on his nerves in various ways and he always gets upset about it. In addition, in some situations he panics quickly and thinks with every little incident that doom is after him.

Guapo, on the other hand, is always more relaxed about everything and sometimes doesn't care about the bad situation in which the two are stuck. He always approaches everything a little more playfully, is almost always in a good mood and knows how to keep himself happy. But his favorite pastime is annoying his older brother Fraz.

Tarara Boomdeeyay

Mizz Boomdeeyay is the dominant boss of the couriers at RetroGrade. But she doesn't treat them like her employees, but rather like her slaves. She doesn't give them a single day off and screams them to their heart's content and how it suits her. Probably the only thing she loves and has ever loved is what she makes for money.

Valerina

Like Fraz and Guapo, Valerina is a perfectly normal courier. But unlike her work colleagues, she is probably the only one who has good manners. She also dreams of becoming a great opera singer one day. But today her voice still sounds rather deafening.

Großkopf-Konrad

Großkopf-Konrad has a pretty big head and is the inspector of RetroGrade, who visits every now and then to see if everything is still in order and according to the regulations.

publication

The series was produced from 1997 to 1999 by Sunbow Productions in cooperation with Ravensburger , directed by Keith Kaczorek and Mitch Schauer. The music was composed by Nathan Wang. The speakers for the English version are Nick Bakay and Richard Steven Horvitz . The first broadcast took place from January 1999 to 2000 on the American broadcaster Nickelodeon . In 1999 eight episodes appeared on two VHS tapes.

In Germany it was shown for the first time from April 25 to July 9, 2000 on Super RTL , later on Das Vierte , Junior and Your Family Entertainment . The series has also been translated into Dutch.
