The Bradleya is the yearbook of the British Cactus and Succulent Society .

The yearbook has been published since 1983 and is named after Richard Bradley . The title page of the first edition shows an agave americana drawn by Bradley . In addition to initial descriptions, the Bradleya contains, for example, articles on the living conditions of cacti and succulents in their natural locations, edits of individual succulent genera and the history of botany .

Initially, the Bradleya was published by the two renowned botanists Nigel Paul Taylor and David Richard Hunt , both of whom work at the Kew Botanical Gardens . Gordon Douglas Rowley later served as editor. Colin Charles Walker has been responsible for the magazine since 2001 .

The yearbook is published under ISSN  0265-086X .
