Bralirwa is a Rwandan beverage and beer manufacturer .

history

Bralirwa was founded in 1957 and has been a subsidiary of the Heineken Brewery since 1971 . In 2014, they owned around 40% of the share capital , 35% in the hands of Kleinesginsmaatschapij Limba BV and the remainder in free float . The company has the bottling rights for Coca-Cola and Guinness . His best-known brands are "Primus" and "Mützig". Since January 31, 2011, the company's shares have been traded on the Rwanda Stock Exchange. According to its own information, Bralirwa had a market share of 94% for beer in 2014 and 99% for other beverages in Rwanda.
