The Brandenburg Pharmacy Museum in Cottbus contains a collection on pharmacy history. It shows, among other things, a pharmacy facility from the 1930s, a pharmacy facility from the GDR era, a poison and herb chamber, a galenic laboratory and exhibitions that change every year. The current (2010) temporary exhibition under the title “Mysterium” deals with remedies and methods of the Middle Ages .
The street-side residential and commercial building and the Alte Löwenapotheke , which is located in the courtyard, form the listed museum complex.
