Branko Tuđen

Branko Tuđen (born September 4, 1950 in Igrišće , Jakovlje municipality) is a Croatian journalist, editor, publicist and sports editor.

Career

Branko Tuđen became a journalist in 1973 and later also a sports editor. Tuđen has been a reporter for domestic affairs since 1983 and has also been a political commentator since 1986. Since November 15, 1992 Branko Tuđen has been the editor of the Večernjeg lista . He held this position until May 15, 2001. From November 1996 to December 1998 Tuđen was editor-in-chief of the political weekly newspaper Horizont. From June 11, 2001 to March 11, 2008, he was editor-in-chief of sports news. From 1996 to 2000 he was a member of the Executive Committee NK Melbourne in Tottenham .

Branko Tuđen received awards from Milan Milanović . Among them were the Croatian SFK for sports journalism (Croatian: SFK Hrvatske za sportsko novinarstvo) (1984) and the "Goldene Feder DNH" (Croatian: Zlatnog pera DNH) (1986). In 1987 he was awarded the "Order of the Silver Star" (Croatian: Ordenom rada sa srebrnom zvijezdom) and in 1995 the Order of the Croatian Danica with the image of Antun Radić (Croatian: Redom Danice hrvatske s likom Antuna Radića).
