The brewery C. Wittmann (also: Brauerei Wittmann , brewer Carl Wittmann ) is a medium-sized private brewery from the Lower Bavarian town of Landshut . The administrative headquarters are located in the historically important Palais Etzdorf in Landshut's old town.

history

The brewing tradition can be traced back to 1616. Today (as of August 2016) the business is run as a family business in the fifth generation and emerged from the old Landshut breweries "Zum Heiß" and "Zum Dräxlmeir".

Products

beers

The product range includes the following bottom-fermented beers : Wittmann Urhell, Wittmann Urhell alcohol-free, 2.9 Medium, LA Lager, Carl's Zwickl, Premium Extra Pils and the mixed drink NaturRadler . In addition, the following top-fermented beers are offered: Hefe-Weisse, Leichte Weisse Hefe-Weisse alcohol-free and black and white .
