history

On February 26, 1879, the master brewer Bruno Kaiser took over an inn (first mentioned in 1571) with a brewery. The first beer in 1879 was named Kaiserhof. The great-great-grandchildren of Bruno Kaiser, Ulrich and Thomas Kaiser, have been running the family business since 1990 . The brewery inn with beer garden also belongs to the brewery.

An ice cellar was built in 1900, a new brewery in 1904 and a brewing facility in 1905. In 1965 and 2011 further new brewhouse buildings followed, and in 1992 a bottle filling plant was purchased.
