The four-storey plastered building was built in the last quarter of the 19th century. The facade is structured in the neo-baroque style . Particularly noteworthy are the ribbons and the mirror-like medallions between the windows on the facade of the top floor.
The residential and commercial building is listed as a historical building under registration number 094 81935 in the monument register for Magdeburg .
The building is seen as defining the street scene and an important document for the construction of residential and commercial buildings in Sudenburg during the construction period.
