It is located on the south side of Braunschweiger Straße, east of the confluence of Kroatenweg in the Magdeburg district of Sudenburg .
Architecture and history
The large three-storey plastered building was built in 1906. The facade is decorated with ornaments in the neo-renaissance style and characterized by three differently designed oriels . In the middle of the facade there is a triangular bay window in front of the two upper floors. The middle of the building is emphasized by a wide dwarf house , which is crowned by a tail gable. The design of the gable is based on historical buildings in Magdeburg's old town from the 17th century.
The residential and commercial building is listed as a historical building under registration number 094 81937 in the monument register for Magdeburg .
The building is considered to be formative for the street scene and a culturally and artistically remarkable building from the early days .
