Breitach Valley

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Breitach valley is the part of the Breitach valley that begins after the Breitachklamm . In front of it, from the origin of the Breitach, which forms from several source streams near Baad , to the Walserschanze at the beginning of the Breitachklamm, is the Kleinwalsertal . Behind the Breitachklamm the valley widens a little. Coming from the west, the Starzlach flows into the Breitach and a little further on is the village of Tiefenbach . In the further course of the valley lie the three villages Kornau , Reute and Jauchen .
