The Breite Straße 15 building is a listed farm building in the Pechau district of Magdeburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located in the eastern part of the village of Pechau on the north side of the Breite Straße.
Architecture and history
The farm building, which is preserved today and is a listed building, was built from rubble stones in the 19th century . It faces the street on the gable side and has an arched window in the gable side. An oculus is arranged above it . The building is covered with a gable roof . The building was part of a four-sided courtyard. To the west of the house is a gateway designed as a segment arch . To the west of this there is a wall made of rubble stones from the demolished house. At the western end there was an eaves-standing farm building. It was also built from rubble stones and covered with a gable roof. This listed building was demolished after 2009, but before 2016.
In the local register of monuments , the farm building is listed as a monument under registration number 094 18253 .
Together with the neighboring and similarly designed courtyards at Breite Straße 16 and 18, the complex is particularly distinctive for Pechau's main street.
