Hof Breite Straße 44 is a listed farm in the village of Glindenberg, part of the city of Wolmirstedt in Saxony-Anhalt .

The courtyard is located on the west side of the Breite Straße in the center of Glindenberg, diagonally opposite the confluence of the Deichtorweg .

Architecture and history

The large four-sided courtyard is closed off from the street by a two-storey residential building that is reminiscent of a villa . At the southeast corner, the villa's appearance is dominated by a corner tower on a polygonal floor plan. The tower is covered with a tail hood. The facade of the brick building is divided into Art Nouveau forms by means of plaster elements , with floral and geometric elements being used. The farm building south of the house belonging to the courtyard is a simple brick building with a flat stepped gable . The construction time is around 1910.

In the local register of monuments , the farm is listed as an architectural monument under registration number 094 75206.
